Architecture-inside

The theatre is characterised by openness and an absence of frontiers between offstage and onstage. There is no backdrop and the audience gathers around a central point. This circularity ensures that everybody can look at everybody else. The open wooden construction extends this horizontal non-hierarchy to the outside: from each angle the surroundings are shown as part of the theatre.
